Crocs are one of the most popular shoes on the market today.  You see people wearing them everywhere you go.  I’m not just referring to people kicking back with there casual attire, shoppers or children on the playground.  I’m also referring to professionals like nurses, doctors, barbers, hair stylist, chefs, waiters, and waitresses.  In about any profession that people have to spend a great deal of time on there feet you will see someone wearing Crocs if the dress code permits.

One of the reasons people love Croc shoes so much and end up owning more than one pair is because there is no breaking in period.  As soon as you put a pair of Crocs on your feet you feel like they are custom fitted to your foot like a hand in a glove.  Along with the instant comfort you feel from the custom fit when you first put a pair of Crocs on, are the circulation nubs included throughout the whole foot bed to help stimulate the blood flow in your feet.

Crocs have been proven and are ergonomically certified to reduce muscle fatigue.  The lightweight and shock absorbing sole helps relieve pressure and weight off of your feet, knees and lower back.  The loose fit helps your feet to move and expand naturally and freely without any restrictions.  This assists in reducing muscle fatigue and associated pains that come from it.

To clean your Crocs all you need to use is soap and water, maybe a toothbrush to get in the hard to reach spots if you like.  Crocs are so easy to clean because there made from their own proprietary material called croslite.  Croslite isn’t plastic or rubber it’s a closed cell resin material which is odor resistant, inhibit bacterial and fungal growth and are nontoxic.  You should not put your Crocs in the dishwasher, washing machine, boil or use bleach to clean them.

Crocs were originally created to be odorless, waterproof, slip-resistant, lightweight, comfortable boat shoes.  For all of those reasons they have become great chef and medical shoes.  The reasonable pricing of Crocs have made them a house hold shoe that just about everyone loves and enjoys wearing when there out and about.

I love these things. My daughter (who’s in the medical field)turned me on to these. She, as do I, has a need for arch support because they’re so high. She also knew my arches has been falling due to age (I’m in my late forties)and I need inserts in my work shoes. She’s been wearing her pair since last fall (2006) and picked me up some of the Croc “glides?” in March.

I liked them so much I ordered these Caymans for myself. Amazing support for “difficult” feet. I wear them whenever I’m not in my work shoes. I may look somewhat foolish (they’re marketed at a much lower age bracket than myself), but I’m comfortable so I don’t care.

These shoes are very comfortable and well suited for the hot , sticky, sandy climate where we live. It’s no problem getting them wet and they’re still comfortable. I found out the hard way that if you normally take a half size shoe you need to round your size DOWN with these to get a proper fit. I was able to return the pair that was too large but had to pay the cost of shipping to do so. The description of these shoes should have mentioned to round down for half sizes to save others this inconvenience.
